Quand on se promène dans les rues de Boston, une ville que je fréquente pour la 3eme fois, on est impressionné par le coté culture et classe de la population. On a l’impression que la population a une certaine éducation et un certain raffinement. Boston est la région des prestigieuses universités américaines comme Harvard. La visite du Restaurent universitaire à elle seul vaut le détour. La bibliothèque publique de boston, la plus grande des états unis, est aussi un lieu prestigieux et incontournable. C’est un français, monsieur Alexandre Vatemmar qui en 1841 proposa de regrouper en un seul lieu tout les ouvrages de la ville.

When you walk the Boston streets, a city that I frequent for the 3rd time, we are impressed by the side of culture and class of the population. It has the impression that the population has some education and a certain refinement. Boston is the region of the prestigious U.S. universities such as Harvard. The Boston Public Library is the largest municipal public library in the United States. It was the first public supported municipal library and the first large library open to the public in the United States, and the first public library to allow people to borrow books and other materials and take them home to read and use. In 1841, Alexandre Vattemare, a Frenchman, suggested that all of Boston’s libraries combine themselves into one institution for the benefit of the public.
