apres la neige, une periode de grand froid, de la pluie verglacante , l'hiver est desormais en mode veille en amerique du Nord . +8 a Montreal et pluis intense. ne revez pas l'hiver va revenir ...

after the snow storm, the freezing rain and the polar cold temperature,

 the winter is on hole in Canada and US. - rain and warm temperature : +8 in Montreal - but don't dream it is not the summer yet as you can see on the picture

 je tiens aussi a noter avec humour la facon dont l'information en France est traitee :
-  Toronto a subit une pluie verglacante intense peu avant les fetes de fin d'annee  une ville de 3 millions et une province ont perdus le courant pendant , pour certaine personne plus d'une semaine incluant la nuit de noel
- la province de Terre Neuve et labrador  a subit une tempete de neige anormale ayant pour consequence une coupure de courant ...
- la majeur partie du Canada a subit un froid polaire intense incluant Toronto ( aeroport paralise) et a l'exeption de Montreal a la meme periode que les Etats Unis

pourtant la presse francaise incluant une chaine d'information internationale France 24 , n'a eut que des mots ou des images pour nos voisins du sud. il me semble meme avoir vu un article incluant Toronto dans les villes americaines.  

I am taking the opportunity of this note to laugh on the way that french news paper related the cold and bad weather in North America. in despite of the bad weather in Toronto during christmas ( freezing rain) , the cold across Canada and the snow storm with power outage; the only article with reference to Canada is a new paper that include Toronto in US. the news and specially France 24 an international news channel in French, english and arabic has no word for Canada and the 3 millions of people of Toronto area.
