Je commençais fortement a douter de l’efficacité onusienne ou des états du monde a arrêter un massacre se jouant sous nos propres yeux. Aujourd'hui, je ne suis pas fier mais reconnaissant à la France et à la grande bretagne pour l'obtention d'une résolution à l'ONU. Bien sur cette résolution ouvre la porte la porte a une intervention militaire mais exige aussi le restauration des services publics comme l' eau, le gaz et l'électricité...

after many doubts to the UN necessity and utility, today, I am happy to see an important, essential , UN resolution regarding Libya. more than an military resolution, the UN decision focus on the restoration of public service including power, gas, water... and a cease fire. I hope that the actual Libyan situation will not evolve in war ...people of Libya my thoughts go to you.
